Graciela Rom\u00e1n Alonso<\/a> y Dr. Gabriel L\u00f3pez Garza (UAM-I)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resumen<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nodo sinoauricular (NSA) es un tejido del coraz\u00f3n el cual se encarga de marcar la frecuencia cardiaca, este tejido se compone de c\u00e9lulas sinoatriales tambi\u00e9n llamadas c\u00e9lulas marcapasos. El NSA se encuentra rodeado por las aur\u00edculas donde se encuentran las c\u00e9lulas atriales que se conectan con c\u00e9lulas marcapasos. La forma en la que se sincronizan y est\u00e1n organizadas las c\u00e9lulas sinoatriales y atriales es un tema abierto en la actualidad, esto se debe principalmente a las limitaciones en su estudio a nivel experimental. Por lo que se recurre a la simulaci\u00f3n por computadora donde se hace uso del c\u00f3mputo de alto rendimiento para modelar y simular las c\u00e9lulas y estudiar un tejido compuesto por miles de c\u00e9lulas conectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este seminario se presentar\u00e1 el avance obtenido en la simulaci\u00f3n de la interacci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de c\u00e9lulas del NSA y su tejido circundante definiendo un arreglo multicelular en el que las c\u00e9lulas se acoplan el\u00e9ctricamente.
