{"id":2037,"date":"2022-07-25T22:18:36","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T22:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcyti.izt.uam.mx\/?p=2037"},"modified":"2022-07-25T22:18:37","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T22:18:37","slug":"modelo-de-clasificacion-de-bacterias-utilizando-el-problema-de-coloracion-de-graficas-suaves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcyti.izt.uam.mx\/?p=2037","title":{"rendered":"Modelo de clasificaci\u00f3n de bacterias utilizando el problema de coloraci\u00f3n de gr\u00e1ficas suaves"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alumno<\/strong>:\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Antonio Cuevas Barr\u00f3n<br><strong>Profesor<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pcyti.izt.uam.mx\/?page_id=514&amp;singleproduct=929\">Dr.\u00a0Pedro Lara Vel\u00e1zquez<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0Dr. Alfonso M\u00e9ndez Tenorio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resumen<\/strong>:&nbsp;Debido a la enorme variaci\u00f3n e incremento que ha sufrido la taxonom\u00eda microbiana y los criterios en que esta se basa, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha hecho \u00e9nfasis en la necesidad de desarrollar un nuevo m\u00e9todo o procedimiento que permita clasificar diferentes microorganismos de una manera m\u00e1s confiable, adem\u00e1s de incluir una de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s importantes al an\u00e1lisis; la informaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de dichos seres vivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una soluci\u00f3n alternativa a este problema es el uso de un programa de c\u00f3mputo denominado Hibridaci\u00f3n Virtual; que b\u00e1sicamente colecta los genomas en una base de datos, para despu\u00e9s buscar y rastrear los sitios potenciales de hibridaci\u00f3n en el genoma, tomando en cuenta el grado de complementariedad entre las secuencias y las sondas de los sitios reconocidos, calculando la estabilidad termodin\u00e1mica entre ellas.
